With the backpack of 19 years of experience, Ulrik has an extensive knowledge of functional food ingredients and is still going strong in analyzing food systems and processes. His focus areas are primarily on developing new and innovative meat alternative applications. Teaming up with other IFF colleagues globally around customer projects and translating chef-inspired dishes to concepts, he enjoys being a part of high-quality engagement that offers interaction within cross-functional teams.
