Theodora Ewer

Theodora is a Program Manager of the Regen10 Initiative and an Associate at SYSTEMIQ with over five years’ experience in consulting and coalition building. Theo’s expertise focusses on the sustainable transformation of food and land use systems. She has worked with a variety of clients and partners across business, government, civil society and finance. She has advised food and agriculture companies on how to embed sustainability at the core of their business and worked with Governments to help shape their food and agriculture strategies, with the aim to raise the level of ambition to deliver positive environmental, social and health outcomes. More recently, Theo has been working with the Food and Land Use Coalition, a core partner of the Regen10 initiative, to help scale regenerative food systems through developing an outcomes-based framework to understand and measure change that happens over time on farms and across landscapes.
