With over 20 years of experience in the food ingredient world, Signe has held various roles within global food ingredient companies – all of which have been dedicated to linking ingredient innovation with benefits for food and beverage manufacturers and consumers within key areas, such as health & wellness, plant-based, clean label, and sustainability.Her latest role as Global Innovation Marketing Lead, supporting one of IFF’s key innovation programs, RE-IMAGINE WASTE™, has particularly fueled her passion for bringing value to customers via circular design to maximize resources and address the challenge of global food waste.
