Sam Dennigan

Samuel Dennigan is the founder and CEO of Strong Roots, a global plant-based frozen food brand. Founded in Ireland in 2015, Strong Roots has seen rapid growth in the UK and US and investors include private equity firm, Goode Partners. Sam boasts decades of experience in the food business, having grown up working for his family’s fruit and vegetable distribution company. Dennigan was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards in 2017 and currently lives in New York City with his family.
