Ronald Nyakairu

Ronald has nearly 10 years of experience within the retail and leisure sector. He heads the LDC’s data & insight team which supports occupiers, landlords, investors and local authority bodies to understand and navigate the UK retail and leisure market. He has worked on a range of strategic projects on retail redevelopments, planning proposals and appeals, pre-acquisition due diligence, site feasibility and investor strategy. He also works closely with our academic partners across the UK, supporting the development of new research and thought leadership within the property sector.
