Rob is a freelance management consultant, educator, non-executive director and advisor working in food and hospitality. He has an MBA, a PGCLT and an MSc in Food Policy. He is a fellow of the Association for Project Management, the Chartered Management Institute and the Higher Education Academy. Rob works on a range of commercial and purpose-driven projects for clients across the private and voluntary sectors. His commercial clients include Pret a Manger, GAIL’s Artisan Bakery, The Bread Factory, Elior and Chopstix, for which he has undertaken assignments including business improvement projects, Lean process reviews, organisational restructures, mobile apps, digital loyalty, sustainability / waste reviews, procurement, tech upgrades, websites / e-commerce, customer experience, research and analysis.
