Rebecca Tobi

Rebecca is a registered nutritionist (Public Health) and manages the Food Foundation’s business and investor engagement team, with oversight of the charity’s work engaging food businesses, investors and policy-makers with the need to transition the UK towards a more sustainable and healthy food system. This includes work with both businesses and investors advocating for transparent reporting of health and sustainability indicators, including through the Peas Please and Plating Up Progress projects.
