Pete Noy is the Associate Director of Research for the University of Nottingham’s Food Systems Institute. He currently leads the University’s Food Innovation Centre, a dedicated team of Food Innovation specialists that provide bespoke technical, process and business solutions to advance food and drink businesses using the latest knowledge and technology available through the University of Nottingham. Pete also coordinates activities across the Food Systems Institute portfolio including foci on Food Policy and Foresight, Alternative Proteins and across the institutes three research pillars:Sustainable and Resilient Food SystemsFood, Community and SocietyFood, Nutrition and Health
