Ollie Rosevear

Ollie joined Fuller Smith and Turner as Director of Sustainability in 2021. He is responsible for leading their journey towards Net Zero by 2040 and developing a wider ESG strategy. The company has already reduced its carbon emissions by over 50% and reduced electricity and gas by 13% & 14% respectively in 2022. Fullers recycle over 59% of their operational waste. They were also the first pub company to introduce a reusable glass scheme for their event pubs saving thousands of single-use plastic glasses being wasted.Before Fullers, Ollie spent 11 years as Head of Environment for Costa Coffee. Oliver was responsible for managing the company’s carbon, waste and water strategy, delivering a 38% reduction in carbon emissions.
