Mike has a unique vision and understanding of our industries ecosystem.Mike Founded the Food Innovation Solutions group (FIS Group) 13 years ago and he now oversees a £5m insight driven innovation agency with a team of over 25 industry innovation and consumer research experts working across all our industry sectors including global CPG brands, Hospitality, QSR and foodservice as well as entrepanuerial startups.
