Megan Holden

Food Science and Nutrition graduate from the University of Nottingham, I am keen to pursue my career in NPD in the food industry. My enthusiasm for food stems from my fascination in food trends, using my awareness of current products and trends to influence my opinions on future food developments. Following on from my industry year in the Cake I&D team at Dr. Oetker UK and my involvement in Ecotrophelia I have developed an interest in understanding the marketing ideas behind NPD and recently started studying Professional Marketing with The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
