Marc Warde

Marc is a Restaurateur and director of Niche Food & Drink Ltd and Niche Free-from Kitchen Ltd. Along with his business partner, Marc set up the restaurant brand Niche Food & Drink, which is London’s first 100% registered and accredited gluten-free restaurant in Islington. Marc also set up Niche Free-from Kitchen Ltd with business partner Adrian Morgan, a frozen food production company creating free-from meals without compromise. Brands include Libero Special Meals, Bare Food Travels and Noot alongside white label free-from meals for the retail, airline, travel & private healthcare sectors.
