Lalit Sharma

Lalit Sharma is an experienced Innovation Manager at Omya International AG. He holds an MSc in Food Science and Technology. Lalit is a food process engineer with expert knowledge in consumer goods applications and has previously worked with multinational FMCG organizations developing products from the concept phase through to product launch. The key focus of his work, is to improve the bioavailability of food nutrients to ensure cost-effective and sustainable solutions are developed for the market, but always driven by the desire to improve people’s health and long-term quality of life.
