Kerwin Samuel was born, raised and lives in the beautiful Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. He is the Owner and Manager of Total Health Foods and Services Ltd. and a proud seamoss farmer. He remains a strong advocate for the Seamoss Industry in Saint Lucia and continues to serve as the President of the Eau Piquant Seamoss Farmers Association.
Kerwin helped boost the Seamoss Industry in Saint Lucia, (with the assistance of Export Saint Lucia) when Total Health Foods and Services Ltd became the first company to ship seamoss to the UK market. He looks forward to seeing how the Seamoss industry in Saint Lucia will grow to become the number one industry!
