I am a recent Food Science and Nutrition graduate from the University of Nottingham. I now work in the food industry in Technical Systems, working in the meat industry. I have recently taken part in the ecotrophelia food innovation competition and attended the European finals in October where my team and our product competed against 14 other countries, presenting to respected members of the food industry.
