Joanne Elsdon

Jo recently joined Greggs as Head of Food and Drink Development having spent the last 20 years across product development roles within food manufacturing and retail businesses. Jo is passionate about food, innovation and healthy and sustainable diets and supporting young talent in the industry. Alongside her role with Greggs, Jo is co-founder of Flourish in Food Mentoring and is a member of the Leeds University Food Science & Nutrition Advisory Board.
