Fiona Wheatley

Fiona has extensive experience in business sustainability management, with roles at Sainsbury’s (1993-2008), John Lewis Partnership (to 2010), Marks & Spencer (to 2018), and Olam AtSource before joining Bakkavor in 2022. Fiona has initiated multiple retailer collaborations (Palm Oil Collaboration, Palm Oil Traceability Initiative, and Soy Working Group).  She Co-Chaired the Consumer Goods Forum Soy and Palm Oil Working Groups, gaining support for innovative sustainability policies adopted by many of the world’s largest consumer goods and retail businesses.
