Independent Industry Consultant with 20+ years in food science and nutrition, encompassing food farming, agriculture, manufacturing and retail. Of relevance to this event, Emma has worked within cross-functional NPD teams at Waitrose and written research papers on sustainable nutrition. Emma is the current Chair of Nutritionists in Industry and IFST Communications Lead for the Special Interest Group in Food and Nutrition.
