Emily Pinkney

Emily is currently Sustainability Manager at Sysco GB, the foodservice supplier comprising Brakes, Fresh Direct and other distributors. As well as managing the sustainability strategy for the UK business she is the project lead for deforestation for the global Sysco business working on policy and implementation across the value chain.Emily started her career in retail at the John Lewis Partnership working in project management and hospitality before moving into the Ethics and Sustainability function where she worked on raw material sourcing, legislative requirements and colleague engagement.
