Dr David Johnson

Dr. David Johnson is Director of R&D – Europe of the Kalsec laboratory in Wageningen, NL. At the new laboratory and culinary kitchen, David leads a team of scientists that collaborate with customers in making savoury foods look better, taste better, and last longer…naturally. Dr. Johnson has presented internationally at academic conferences and has 10 publications in peer reviewed journals. He is passionate about exploring the interface of science and business, and innovation that cleans up food labels.
