I currently serve as Assistant Professor at the research group of Applied Economics, Marketing and Development – School of Agriculture, Policy and Development at University of Reading (United Kingdom). After earning a B.S. and a M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from University of Bologna (Italy) in 2002, I worked for several years as Project Manager for Emilia Romagna Regional Government and as Marketing Manager for a food industry.
