Dan started career at Tesco in 2005 in the Fresh Foods division, worked across several product groups in MFP before joining innocent drinks in 2008 as part of the procurement team. Stayed for five years during which time he bought soft fruits, citrus, exotics, packaging, and dabbled in marketing spend.

He jumped back into grocery retail in 2013, joining Sainsbury’s to look after floral, beef & lamb, counters, and added value dairy products.

Dan joined Huel in 2019 to look after Procurement & Demand; and has been Supply Chain Director since early 2021 with responsibility across procurement, demand planning, production, and logistics.
