Daksha currently leads the emerging talent and development agenda, at Pret A Manger, this includes early careers – the education and attraction of young people, commercial qualifications as well as Pret’s apprenticeship strategy; aligned and tailored to business objectives. As well as promoting diversity and inclusion as a Culture Champion at Pret, Daksha is working on Pret’s strategy on Disability Confidence. Daksha is passionate about inspiring and preparing young people for their futures, regardless of background, and is committed to providing great career opportunities in the hospitality sector and with Pret.
