I am the Early Careers Manager for Kepak, I look after all aspects of our early careers programmes and develop career pathways for the business. I have been involved in L&D for over 15 years and in an Early Careers role for the previous 6, I love that I get to offer opportunities to people to start their careers in and exciting industry like ours.
