With a Masters in Creative Talents & Solutions in Business and an early career in product development, Cathy has worked for big food brands such as Compass Group, Sainsbury’s and McDonald’s and more recently as Global Head of Food Innovation and Nutrition for Costa Coffee where she has responsibility for their long term Food growth agenda and managing the important and ever-evolving nutrition direction across their global markets.
