PETA is the largest vegan advocacy group in the UK. As its senior corporate liaison, Dr Carys Bennett works with businesses to develop and promote successful vegan food products. She offers practical expertise in developing menus, finding suppliers, exciting new brands, and marketing. Vegan for 19 years, Carys organises cookery demos, product promotions, and educational events. Before working at PETA, she was an academic researcher in earth sciences, and she’s passionate about sharing the impressive sustainability benefits of plant-based foods.
