Sustainability professional with a passion for food system improvement for a better world. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Sustainability with Cranfield University alongside my role.My background is in operational excellence and change management throughout the food industry, from biscuits and snacks to alternative protein. The tools I gathered in my early career are now helping me to eliminate resource waste, implement behavioral change programmes and communicate powerful sustainability messages as part of Quorn’s Net Positive 2030 strategy.
