Aurelia Greystoke

Aurelia Greystoke is the Chief Transformation Officer of cellular agriculture leader Aleph Farms. Aurelia brings over 15 years of global experience in legal, business operations, and strategy across startups, high-growth companies, and Unicorns. She’s held leadership roles as Head of Business Operations and Chief Legal Officer in various Israeli tech firms. Before going in-house, Aurelia practiced corporate and commercial law in the US, UK, and with top law firms in Israel. She holds an LLB Hons. from the University of Lancaster, an LLM from UCLA with a focus on emerging technology, and has concluded her MBA from Warwick Business School, England.
