Ashleigh has experience of Technical roles within the Food Industry spanning over 20 years. Ashleigh joined Greggs plc in 2001 as Company Microbiologist and is now responsible for food safety across all Greggs supply sites and retail shops, which also includes accountability for the dissemination and application of food law with regards to policy, procedure and practical implementation.
