Andy Lynes is a food,
drink and travel writer, author, blogger and teacher with more than 20 years’
experience. He is a regular contributor to The Times, The Telegraph, The
Caterer and BBC Good Food and has written for dozens of other publications. He
is the former food editor and restaurant critic of the Metro and was a
contributing editor to Food Arts magazine in America. He has written food and
travel columns for both The Telegraph and The Independent. He is the founder of
Brighton’s Best Restaurant Awards and the annual OctoberBEST restaurant
festival in Brighton.
